Day 1 – Welcome to Estaing!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Do you already feel the benefits of the pure mountain air? Are you looking for a thrill<\/strong>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Take a break and enjoy the calm of this quiet environment. The whole team of our campsite does its utmost to offer you moments of happiness with your loved ones<\/strong>. Here you will benefit from the maximum of services<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you have settled into your accommodation, head to the campsite restaurant. In this old sheepfold with a unique view of the Pyrenees, we offer local products and drinks. So start by filling up on energy before your thrill-seeking holiday<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day 2: Feet in nature!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To start your vacation in the mountains, we suggest you go hiking<\/strong> to discover the local fauna and flora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two different hikes starting from the Lac d’Estaing, 5 km from the Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es Natura campsite<\/a> (parking on site):<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– The lake of Plaa de Prat<\/strong> : 6,05 km, 4h30 round trip, about 500 meters of positive difference in altitude : intermediate level –– Le Lac du Barbat<\/strong> : 9 km, 4h40 round trip, about 840 meters of positive difference in altitude : intermediate + level<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can choose according to your level. We suggest that you choose a hike that is easier than what you have already done. You will be in the middle of the mountain so walking shoes are mandatory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day 4 : Flying like a bird in the Val d’Azun<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Discover the landscape from the sky with paragliding<\/strong>! The Pyrenees are the ideal place to be amazed by this breathtaking nature. The company “Comme un oiseau” offers several packages at all levels, discovery or intermediate, so… Do we jump into the void?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rafting, canoeing, kayaking, mini rafting, book the activity of your choice, half day or full day and let yourself be carried by the current of the Gave!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day 5: Passing on the mythical paths of the High Pyrenees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Altamonta offers bike and mountain bike<\/strong> rentals and tours. On their website, you will be able to find a multitude of already informed tours. Rent for a day or a half day, conquer the mythical passes (Tourmalet, Hautacam, Col du Soulor, etc.) or prefer circuits in the middle of the forest, in order to take advantage of the nature, there is something for all tastes and all levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
